it never hurts to throw in a full body workout every so often although I tend to do these on weekends after a couple of rest days and having trained all body parts that week. I can't see how doing this long term would benefit any bodypart to any degree.
Yeah my thoughts exactly. I have always pushed ALL my sets to exhaustion ... and done multiple sets per body part. My old workout buddy sent me thois so I thought I'd get more input ...

sounds stupid as hell..thats pretty much what I did in football and I overtrained like hell and then only do one thing a week they had me do and get yelled at
