Bulking Question
I just visited the bodybuilding.com website and done a read up on bulking and actualy found 2 methods that contradict each other.
on one of them it has a huge amount of exersizes and on the other it has minimal number of exersizes.
the links are below. I just wanted some input before commiting to one of them.
Also I noticed that cardio was not mentioned on either.shal i just do cardio on top of these or keep it to a minimum with me wanting to bulk??

David Knowles, knows, well not a lot in my opinion. Its obvious to anybody that that level of sets and different exercises will lead to overtraining.
28 sets for chest ?!?!
23 for triceps??!
22 for biceps??!?!
21 for shoulders?!?!
Its horsesh1t!!
Todd Blue on the other hand seems to have the better idea, but still its a little overkill. For example you only need 3-4 exercises for triceps at 3-4 sets each, and the same for biceps. But the day routines seem a little fiddly, and it can be simplified.
The weight lifting should be about the quality and the stimulation by every single rep, but for the shear quantity
Of course some people will respond well to huge amounts of exercise, but they are probably genetically gifted beyond us mortals.Last edited by Flexor; 09-14-2005 at 01:07 PM.

Next time do 12-16 working sets. Let me know how you feel the next morning. 25 baby sets are ok too I guess.

There is no way I could do 25 sets of chest or any bodypart for that matter, with the intensity that I utilize. Not only that, even if I could do that, I wouldn't get any better results by doing 25 than I would doing half that.
