    Whats wrong with me??

    When ever i do chest and shoulders i get summ weird red scratch like marks??? It looks like someone scratched me. I get it like in the low middle of my chest like?? And yesterday i did delts and traps and i got the scratch like marks on the back of each delt?? It eventually goes away but its starting to worry me because i dont want it to become serious. If this happens to any one else please tell me. Please i need some responses i really want to know what the hell this is?? If i should be worried?/Thank you for everyone that answers.

    maybe its the weight touching your chest making the marks..i know when i do calfs and im on the machine where it touches your shoulders i get them badly..same with squats..when the bar is on my back it does the same thing..

    when I used to do calves on the leg press thing that has a thing across your shoulders I got them really bad like safety

    Ditto - I get them on my traps when I do calve raises.

    Probably popped blood vessels as they go away in a few days.

    I got them on my hamstrings after returning to bent over rowing, because now I can touch my toes whereas I couldn't before, so the extra flexibility has stretched the skin and muscle. They are like red lines slightly indented, but the red fades and leaves a slightly shiny line just like stretch marks after child birth
