    swimming for AM empty stomach cardio??

    hey guys,

    i read in a mens health magazine here in the UK that for cardio 1st thing you shouldn't do swimming, but it didnt actually say why!?

    does anyone know why this is and is it true? id prefer to do this coz its good for the whole body etc

    what do u think?

    because you cant control your heart rate that well for burning fat if you are swimming.

    well, for fat burn, it would be difficult because your heart will be hard to monitor, for overall health and endurance enhancement, this is the overall best cardio you can do.

    I am a swimmer, am workouts on an empty stomach just rip the pounds off.

    Swimming for lipolysis is a horrible choice.
