    How should my routine be ?

    Im doing a cycle soon hopefully by monday
    I have a good routine that i will stick to and obvisous add more weight.
    I just need a lil advice on how to eat.
    Im doing eq/test/winni
    its a cutting cycle but i do want to gain muscle mass and i kno in order to do this i need to eat eat eat but i do want to cut up so i dotn want to eat too much. How do i get that happy meduim? Or if i just eat good and healty it will all come together?

    It is not how much you eat it is when and what you eat. Make sure you are eating ever 2-3 hours. If you are hungry eat..but make sure it is high protein. And if you want to get ripped start dropping your carbs slightly. It is a science so to tell you exactly what you need you need to give us some more info.

    what kind of info i think i went over this wit tobey but i was a lazy ass and never put effort into how to do it.
    im 168 5 10 bf dont know i dont eat bad at all i just dotn eat enough

    TOBEY is the man when it comes to this...stop being so lazy NO FLAME intended...and do what the man says...he hooked me up with a great diet and cardio routine and I dropped 18lbs of fat and went from 15+
    %bf to 7-8% where I am now..and i am not done..

    if he can't help you..i sure can't.

    Tobey is the man i know and i know i shouldnt be lazy
    i lost 25 pounds on my own i started working out 2 years ago about and i went from 194 to 168 i lsot a ton of fat i dont have a probelm losign fat. I got into a good eating routine but becasue of that i dotn eat a lot so i dont but on a lot of mass casue i feel if i eat too much i get fat i kno it sounds weird but i guess i gotto get out of that habit of not eatign a lot

    if you keep that frame of mind..you are on your way...remember it is not how much you eat it is what...if you give a desiel engine gas to run on..it isn't going to do you any good.

    so get out to that grocery store and start buying only the foods you need, get to it.

    tobey tobey, help me too, i want to loose fat, and stack on that good ol' lean mass !!! what can i do ??
