i was reading a forum about overtrainin ur bi's and tri's if u work them w/ in a couple days of eachother. i kno u dont directly hit ur tri's on chest or ur bi's while doing back but is it ok the way i got it now. i never really like the back/bi, chest/tri, shoulder/tri workout. i like havin a seperate day for my arms.
