should i change my workout?
this is what my workout looks like....
chest, abs
legs
off
shoulders, back
off
arms
off
i was reading a forum about overtrainin ur bi's and tri's if u work them w/ in a couple days of eachother. i kno u dont directly hit ur tri's on chest or ur bi's while doing back but is it ok the way i got it now. i never really like the back/bi, chest/tri, shoulder/tri workout. i like havin a seperate day for my arms.Last edited by JNel04; 09-20-2005 at 09:04 AM. I would say that the only thing I would change is that I would not do shoulders/back on same day, and then arms alone, do shoulders/tris and back/bi's, and oh yea GO CUBS!
