Im doing a cycle soon hopefully by monday
I have a good routine that i will stick to and obvisous add more weight.
I just need a lil advice on how to eat.

its a cutting cycle but i do want to gain muscle mass and i kno in order to do this i need to eat eat eat but i do want to cut up so i dotn want to eat too much. How do i get that happy meduim? Or if i just eat good and healty it will all come together?
