Lil help please
my workout as of now looks like this (does it need change?)...
this is what i was thinkin bout switchin it to (or somethin close to it)...
also when doin a back/bi or shoulder/tri workout is best to do all back or shoulders and then do the bi or tri's. or switch off everyother exercise?

all I can see is abs once a week, that seems like severe undertraining to me
