What muscles should I work together. I have been doing as follows:
Chest on Monday
Back/Lats on Tuesday
Legs on Wednesday
Tri's and Shoulders on Thursday
Biceps and forearms on Friday
Does that look like a decent split? I kinda lagged this week by starting an Arnold suggested routine...you all have talked me out of it. I am trying to decide if I should go back to my old routine or if there is a better muscle combo I should be doing. Any suggestions?
