    Which muscles on the same day?

    What muscles should I work together. I have been doing as follows:
    Chest on Monday
    Back/Lats on Tuesday
    Legs on Wednesday
    Tri's and Shoulders on Thursday
    Biceps and forearms on Friday

    Does that look like a decent split? I kinda lagged this week by starting an Arnold suggested all have talked me out of it. I am trying to decide if I should go back to my old routine or if there is a better muscle combo I should be doing. Any suggestions?

    I like that one a lot better..I did triceps and shoulders yesterday and much like chest/tris my tris were really worn out by the time I was done with shoulders..mainly just db military
