What type of trunk angle to you maintain for pronated-grip bent-over rows? I usually keep mine no higher than a 45 degree angle. My hands are below my knees at the bottom of my ROM.
Old-school strength training books recommend getting your trunk parallel to the floor. I find this angle places too much stabilizing stress on the lower back and reduces the work done by the upper back.
