Thread: Stretching!!

    I am trying to gain flexibility. I have never been a limber person, and as I grow I would like to maintain, if not gain, flexibility. I have been stretching in the morning, afternoon and right before bed. I do about 5-6 diff stretches per leg and hold each stretch for 30-45 seconds. Is this enough? Thanks!

    Deadlifts and bent over rowing will give you all the back and leg flexibility you need. You will be able to touch your toes after the exercise if you can't already, and gradually you will be able to do that even before doing the exercise.

    If you can get assisted stretching with a partner, that is where you will see huge gains, the resistance is huge. Also rub your muscle down during the stretch.
