Thread: benching routines?

hey guys,i heard of a cupl,but i was wonderin what bench press routines u saw the best results. ie done the piramid(4 sets..12reps,10 reps,8 reps,6reps) ive done just regular sets (3 sets of ten reps) i was wonderin if u guys gt any more ideas,im always open to new ideas and routines

yah, swole is right...what are your goals?
I find that changing routines periodically (every few weeks or so) helps me.

gotcha..thanx alot,ur prolly gunna se a lot of threads by me askin bout new techniques...bare wit me. im nt a beginner in da gym i jus kno theres a lotta other work outs out there besides the ones i do and i like to be in da kno..thanx guys

dumbell for a few weeks then hit the bench, seems like i through on size everytime i get back to bench week.
