Does anyone know what this is???
I was reading an article in a magazine today and of course of all the exercises they listed, this is the only one they didn't illustrate. It's called a Dumbell French Press. And it was listed as an arm exercise, does anyone know how to do this or what exactly it is?

They are skull crushers but your palms face eachother and you bring the dumbells down till your head is inbetween them.. the key is to make sure your sholders are locked in place

I tried them with my friend the other day who is a trainer..they work pretty well but you cant do nearly as much weight obviously

I do these almost every time I work tris. It puts less stress on the elbow and you get more range of motion than with a bar, but yeah, less weight as well.

I was just reading an article that was in Muscle & Fitness a couple months ago that states that doing the workout, your arms will grow 2" in 4 wewks. I'm going to try it and see.
