    drinking hot water during w/o increases vascularity?

    hi bros...i heard from one guy in the gym..he is one huge ripped guy.. he told me that drinking hot water ( and really hot ) during w/o will help u getting a better vascularity and pump due to the opening of blood vessels... sounds like Nitric oxide... i never heard of this before and i think its bullsh*t ... what do u guys think?

    I prefer cold or room temp. water. Tastes better. And I believe "the big huge guy" might have been just fukin with you. He is probably laughing right now.

    i agree with Swole post this in the right forum,,,but to answer ur Q warm water is absorbed faster by the body, i.e muscles when your woring out so just use room temp water, anyway the vascualr look you want only comes with a low BF

    Even if he'd told you to drink very hot, very salty water to encourage osmosis of water into your muscles for an ever bigger pump....
