I am 6' 240, x college athlete and looking to take off about 40lbs to get back to 200lbs. I am trying to think of a good cardio program. I have heard you actually get just as good of a workout just by walking as you do if you were jog. I dunno about that. I was thinking of jogging on a daily basis and adding some clen to my regimen. I had my hands on some clen at one point in college and was afraid to use it becasue we got drug tested on a fairly regular basis. Let me know if you guys have any recommendations.
