When on a cycle I noticed the intensity of my workouts increases, but I have a firm regimen in place and try not to deviate from that. Once in a while though, while on, I will increase the numbers a bit with that added intensity that I get with all that test running through the body.

also you have to think in order to keep your gains after you are off cycle you need to keep the same workout, so if you go and change your workout to some outrageous schedule that you can only keep while on cycle you have little chance of keeping your gains.
