Lowering Heart Rate
Ack, just measured myself and my resting heart rate is like 70 bpm. Isn't that high? I know I have good cholesterol and blood pressure, but I think it is bad to have my heart rate that high. I haven't been training cardio in a while because of this bulking. Screw it, I'm doing cardio on the off days now.

i dont think you have much to worry about, your resting heart rate can be anywhere between 60 / 75bpm

When i'm peaked for the season mine is 41-43bpm. When i'm training my ass off and my body is in a constant state of repair, especially after leg days....it's nothting for mine to be above 60.
Just your body trying to repair itself and get better bro.

I'm not taking steroids, no. I did just get done with a workout however. I still think I'm goiing to start doing cardio.

70 bpm is not bad at all.

mine is 55 bmp at rest but as long as its below 100 its not bad! just not EXELLENT! cardio will help!
