    kickbacks

How does everyone feel about them? I used to never do them and thought they were for girls and stuff..but I did them tonight and my triceps had a new kind of burn. I pretty much just did it to change it up..never really incorporated them before.

it's good for a change. can't do as much as you think you would be able to do. almost depsressing when you change from skulls or overhead db press to kickbacks and you have to use a lower weight.

Since I like movements that address mass, I don't do these.

You've got a good point there, that was my concern with doing them. I wont make it an everyday thing..maybe just a change when my current routine get old

I can't get myself to do close grip bench bc it hurts my shoulder joint and I feel like I have to do it on chest day. Skullcrushers seem to make me plateau after awhile of doing them. Any suggestions?
