What lifts can I do with an INJURED BACK?
Hey, bad news-somehow I managed to pull my lower back at work (I was mopping a floor WTF?). It is only the right side but it is pretty bad. I can walk and all, but it hurts. I skipped lifting today, but it was my back/lat day. I have chest tomorrow. I imagine I'll be fine on all of them but crossovers. I believe bis, tris and shoulders will be do-able as well. However, I am not sure about legs. I think ham curls and extensions I could do, but def. not squats. Would leg presses be to risky? Thanks guys

trust me on this, ive pulled a ton of back muscles.. dont lift till its better... you have to pick up the wt and so on, so you use your back, just take off a week, rest it as much as you can..
