Daily Reminder: Am Cardio Is Not Catabolic
If you are not an utter moron, and follow somewhat of a decent nutrition program there is no reason that for an extra 45min in the morning you can't do an exercise which relies primarily on fat for fuel. No reason what so ever! Please lets spread the work on this, tell you mom, your friends, your gay uncle, they all should know!
And to all those who are very catabolic in the morning, well you are either A) Doing somehting very very wrong, or B) You have a problem and should get your cortisol levels checked.
Please refer here for studies, opinoins as well as testimonials to the benefits of AM cardio:

If you post non-sense again I will serve you a suspension. Stick to the thread topic if you will.

am cardio is no more catabolic than cardio at any other time of day Test and cortisol are both at their peak at that hour in the day, so it evens out. Only diff is you burn 3 times more fat in AM
persoanllly, i still dont do cardio while bulking cuz i belive all cardio is slightly catabolic, but whether you do it AM or PM makes no diff on how catabolic.

Hi, I'm stupid, does catabolic mean muscle burning? I just started cutting to get in shape for ski season (ive been hiking and mountaineering and climbing for cardio). I bought my Polar AXN-300 today and it'll show up tommarow. I wanna know what is a good cardio regimen for the morning. I will be doing cardio/fat burn 5ish days a week in the morning. I did 9 hours of cardio yesterday and I'm shitting weird stuff out of my ass today (sorry I was hoping maybe someone had some insight on that)
