    Working Out With Poison Ivy

I know this is a strange question. I currenty have poison ivy on my shins and forarms mainly. I know poison ivy isn't contagious. What I was worried about is Irritating it. I haven't work out in two days. Do you think its ok to work out?

aww sorry to hear that my sisters or my brothers got you. lol

How did you get contact with Poison Ivy anyways...were you camping? hiking?

If you don't cleanse quickly enough, or your skin is so sensitive that cleansing didn't help, redness and swelling will appear in about 12 to 48 hours. Blisters and itching will follow , after the very first exposure, the rash appears after seven to 10 days.

Is really up to you ....If you can handle the pain of the poison then I dont see why you can't work out at all but yet people might look at you with "gross" mark on their faces.

    Hope you get better soon!
