Working middle back
It seems the middle of my back is lacking size compared to my lats. What exercise can I do to work the middle of my back? Close grip rows and close grip lat pulls? Thanks

try bent-over bb rows using shoulder width or slightly wider width. bend at a 90 degree angle and pull to the waist. This has helped me thicken my middle back. Experiment with overhand / underhand grips as well

Neutral grip t-bar rows are the king of middle back develop. The key is keeping the elbows closer to the body. Supinated-grip bent-over barbell rows are a close second. The next two would be neutral grip unilateral dumbbell rows with knee and hand support and seated neutral grip rows. It really depends on the equipment you have availiable though.
