after...,doing before depletes glycogen stores so training will suffer. try it and see for yourself. its true. :D good luck with the training.
I agree with PapaPump, afterwards.
However if you can go to the gym twice a day, morning before breakfast is optimal for weight loss if doing cardio, Then do you rlifting in the evening.
