Just lately Ive been feeling a little over trained off cycle, just wondering if anyone else gets this, I thought maybe its pyramid sets causing the problem. Does anyone train less intensly off cycle perhaps 3 sets of 8-10 reps to failure, instead of 6-8, 6-4, 2-4 to failure. what do you think bro's.
Yes I do. When not on a cycle I only hit the gym three times a week and do 8-10 reps, 3 sets. I still keep my workouts around 1 hour.
When off-cycle you will need to rest more because your body cannot recover as fastly without the steroids, etc. in your system. I would always try to train as intensely as your recovery capacity will allow.
