PCT workout schedule
So whats everybody do during PCT for a workout schedule? same as you did on cycle? I know youhave to keep your diet the same but is PCT a good time to take a few days and recover or do you keep hittin it hard? Just curious what everybody does during that time.....

After a good 8-12 weeks, it is a good time to take at least a week off. When you first come back, you will feel weak (unless you were overtraining). In the long-term your strength levels will increase, due to this recovery week. Ian King, Aussie Strength Coach is a big proponent of taking time off after a cycle.
