    My chest workout

I was just wanting peoples thoughts on my chest day

I lift chest usually once a week sometimes twice
I switch from barbells to frees every other time

Bench 4 sets of 10 reps each and what I usually do is the last one I cant do 10 reps lets say I lift 225lbs for the first set, 245 for the second, 265 for the third, and 285 for the 4th and do as many as I can but once I can get 10 on the forth I would take the 225 out and then move every other weight down and then make the 4th set 305lbs

I do the same for incline and decline

yes it is. as long as you feel like your getting a good workout while your there. and your still making gains. switch it up one day, do something you never do. youll probably hurt the next day

Throw some cable crossovers in there, they work the chest a lot and should get the soreness back for you

    ..

Sorry if i read your post wrong..... but if you can do 305 for reps of 10 your last set..... you need to start off using more weight lol I would throw some dumbell movements in there personally, build up soem of those stabalizing muscles!...if your pushng that much weight on bench all it takes is one wrogn movement and your stabalizing muscles arnt strong and somthign pops..no what i mean? i always alternate or work in dumbells somewhere just my .02
