Hey, fellas. Was wondering what I could do to increase the fullness and width of my chest. Damn, it really pisses me off. I have arms, shoulders, lats, traps, EVERYTHING BUT A BIG CHEST!!! Anyone have some input on this to help me out?
I already changed my workout routine a bit. I switched to mostly dumbells now instead of barbell, I added dips into my chest workout instead of decline barbell, and I also do lat pullovers on my back day. Is there anything else I can do to REALLY make my chest stick out or do I need a lifetime supply of esiclene??? lol
