    muscle fibers.....

okay i was curious, i wanted to do a change every 2-3 weeks from low rep workouts to high rep workouts for a week. I got the idea from one of swole's posts. Do you guys think this would help with plateau's? maybe switch it up every week... or perhaps go longer...... like a month on low rep, then switch to high rep for a week? Any thoughts are welcome, especially swoles if he reads this.

your body needs a rest for all of the stress the heavy weights place on you, so I think its a great idea. Ill work 95-100%+ of my max for 3 weeks and then one week just do bb work like 8-10 reps

totally agree, i always fluctuate from time to time with resting periods, set frequency's, change of routines, etc. Just never thought about workin fast twitch muscle fibers to maximize growth. Im still new to that subject. But S.P.G. im thankful for your help. Maybe i can contact you thru email or online chat for some more pointers. Just want to maximize every session in the gym i can, and i feel i am not.
