What's your rep range for hamstrings?
it depends on your personal goals.
I am bulking up now so I will use the heaviest weight I can to get 6-8 reps @ 5 sets but when it's time to chizzle out my musle, I will drop the weight and do 15 reps or failure @ 3 sets.
Bulking. No chizzel.
I use at least 12 reps on hamstrings since I'm going for a bodybuilder look and not trying to bulk up yet
