    Lats

Other than Chin-Ups what are some good exercises to build lat mass? My current back routine is as follows:

    BACK
    Shrugs (x3-4)
    Chin-Ups (x3)
    Wide-Grip Pull-Downs (x3)
    Deadlifts (x2)
    Seated Rows (x2-3)
    Bent-Over Side Laterals (x3)

drop the machines WG pull downs now WG pull ups seated rows now barbell rows START W/
    DEADS (3-4)
WG pull ups(x2) and chins(x2) alternate the two and do weighted if you can
    BB rows (3-4)
then as a finisher you could use a v-bar on the pull rack.

save the shrugs and bent over side lats for a shoulder day.

deadlifts(fairly heavy mind you) are great for general back thickness and if you hit the bent rows or t-bar rows (I really like these) then you will see a tremendous difference in your back....promise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    What are t-bar rows?

Nevermind...I looked it up and I dont have one of those at my gym. I guess I'll start doing barbell rows instead of seated rows.
