    Unhappy Draper Top Squat

    I have rotator cuff problems and can not reach bar on my back to do squats. Found something from Dave Draper called Top Squat that allows you to do squats without having to rotate arm to hold bar on back. Has anyone used this and give me an opionion on how well it works......

    Guess no one has ever used it or even heard of it, OK anyone with rotator cuff problem and how you deal with it doing squats. Dont want surgery at this time.

    Yeah, hack squats are better than normal squats because you can do shoulder shrugs and behind the back wrist curls all at once with HEAVY weight.
