On cycle training vs off cycle training. Volume? Frequency?
Just curious as to what you guys like to do when you're using gear as appossed to not using gear. I figure if my natty trainin consists of hittin a bodypart once a week, then while on, hittin it twice a week would be good right? And i would probably add another set to failure to each excercise or increase stuff like rest pauses forced reps and statics.
What do you guys do?

Whats your age bro & your stats and gear experience? That may help some answer your questions a little better.

Well im 24. This is for general and future reference. I plan on doin a cycle in 10-12 months or so. Somethin basic like 10 weeks test cyp 400mg per week, deca 200mg per week.
