lats?
i wa wondering about my lats i do get a good pump out on back day but i would like to see more lower lats than i have?
3x12,10,8 wide lat pulls
4x12,12,10,8 cable rows
3x12,10,8 close lats pulls
4x 12,12,10,8 t-bar or bent rows
3x12,10,8 reverse grip lat pulls or lat pull downs
any help is needed?

Lower lats... narrow pull downs, pull overs, close grip cable rows.. seems to work pretty good.

pull ups first in my back routine made my lats grow.

Keep doing your pullups, and be certain to work through a full range of motion. Stretch your lats at the bottom of each rep, and do the same for each Lat exercise you perform. Work from various angles and grip widths. I promise that with time you'll see the lats you've been wanting. Oh and as soon as your strength/form permits start adding weights to your pullups.
