cardio and weights in the am empty stomach
guys back from long absence in the gym, i can only go to the gym in the morning i am not trying to bulk up, happy with my mass already but i want to shred up. ive been going to the gym to do cardio for 45 mins followed by an hour of weights.
i cannot separate the two bec i have limited time in the gym. this ok?

best to do your weights before cardio imo

if you have to do it like that, I'd do weights first, then protein recovery shake, then cardio.

can someone please tel me the logic of doing cardio after the weights? if your concern is energy loss from cardio this is not a problem as i am keeping my strength, i think muscle catabolism is more of an issue but what do i know any suggestions?

its pretty much a catch 22
you would have a better workout if you did not do cardio before
but you are risking that window after your workout which is pretty crucial.
