sup AR? well, ive been training hard and have managed ta get my weight up ta 268 lbs. hell yeah!!!! tha only problem is that im also "chonkers" lol. i dunno what my bf% is but i can pinch bout 1 1/2-2'' on my waiste and my inner thighs.

anywayz, i just wanna know of a good workout plan that will add some mass ta my upper back and shoulders while try'n ta get rid of tha winter coat. my upper back and shoulders are kinda small imo. the rest of my body is doin fine.

i really wanna start ta shed tha fat but am scared of not have'n enough beef on top. ima be get'n a digital camera in tha next 2 weeks. i appreciate any and all help. thnx ya'll. late.
