3 days on, one day off, repear routine

Hey guys, curious about one thing. Wondering has anyone ever done just one muscle a day eg).

    Monday - Biceps
    Tuesday - Chest
    Wednesday - Tricep
    Thursday - Day off
    Friday - Back
    Saturday - Legs
    Sunday - Shoulders
Monday - Day off and repeat

So basically 3 days on, one day off, repeat.

Sure someone has had to try this? Just curious, dont; want to try it but curious how someone made out.

Imagine that if you only hit one muscle at the gym you can really blast it good.

I feel you must have the body parts on the correct days to minimize overlapping when training one body part a day,

    1back
    2triceps
    3legs
    4biceps
    5chest shoulders

The good thing is that you can get done real quick, say first thing in the morning, you can dedicate more time to nutrition, I enjoyed this routine immensely when I use to do it,
