Hit bi's twice a week if they're lagging. First time you hit them, use heavy barbell curls and hammer curls. Then in your second day use a couple isolation exercises with lighter weight and more reps. Concentration curls are my favorite if you want a great peak done standing and not against your leg. For tri's do close grip bench press for pure mass of the tri's then isolate them with rope pull downs and really hold the stretch at the bottom. Dips are good too. This should put some size on your arms.

I haven't looked back since I started weighted dips. I found they really work for me. My arms have never looked bigger.
And concentration curls def my favorite Bi exercise.

I'm not a big believer in training a muscle group twice in one week, but if your arms are lagging, you should give it a go and see how it goes. You need to switch up your training days to give you at least 3 days rest. But as smak says, go heavy with compound movements in the first workout. Then lighter isolation movements for mor reps on the second.
