Cardio on empty stomach
When i wake up in the mourning and do cardio...is it best to do it on an empty stomach because when i dont eat i get dizzy and have no energy and needa sit down...is there anything that i can snack on before i do my cardio?, or is it best 4 me to not eat at all? ohh but by da way im not like fat kinda thing i workout and have muscle i just wana cut up and not lose much size so should i go on a empty stomach?

If your not trying to loose mass amounts of weight, i would think its probably okay to get a few carbs and good sugars before morning cardio as long as you dont eat more than you burn. Im, however, definetely not a nutrition expert compared to some other people, thats just my personal experience. lately, since ive been trimming some fat, ive been eating a half cup of oats and a banana before morning cardio, and it seems to be doing alright.
