    Long Arms-Help

    heres my deal.

I have long arms. LONG FOREARMS. Should I train my arms twice a week?

This is how I usually workout...

    Monday-Chest, Triceps
    Tuesday-Legs, Abs
    Wed-OFF
    Thursday-Back,Biceps, Abs
    Friday-Shoulders
    SAturday-I was thinking arms, Abs
    Sunday-Off

What other good splts are there....
also since I am bulking Should I maybe work one muscle Group a workout?

i have the exact same problem. i find working my arms twice a week is more a effective then once. try doing chest/back on monday and then arms two days of the week that work for you. combining chest and back gives you a very good pump and an extra day to focus on lacking muscles

personally i feel makin a split depends on you and how you like to work out and how fast YOUR body recovers experiment a little as far as arms three times a week(remember chest/back=indirect workout, but still a workout.) is a little overkill keep doin what your doin but maybe switch up the lifts you use.
