dorian yate's routine

just tried dorian yate's routine and it has worked awesome guys...i had a great pump and im exhausted im off cycle now maybe i'll try it on cycle with 1 more exercise per muscle doing it my way just to make sure total failure...just wanted to share this with you, any opinions? has someone tried it on cycle and had better results than the common type of workout?

What kind of routine is it

for example: 4 sets the first 3 are for "warm up" the 4 is to total failure 6 reps for every set
