    What a kickass workout I had tonight, about time!!

    Finally, a pretty good lift tonight. Despite eating like shit and drinking beer this weekend I managed to deadlift 515/6 tonight and got up to 120's on incline db presses for 3 sets of 10. I usually just get up to 5 plates on deadlifts(495) but tonight I said **** it and threw on a couple tens more, figured it was time to quit being a little ***** and get to that 6 plates by Spring time. I've been off juice for almost a month now, it sux.

    I'm back in the saddle again, balls are full, loads are bigger!!! PCT over w/ now. I cant help to think how my gains would be on cycle, but trying to stay clean till Feb anyways

    Dude, those are good lifts. I'm on PCT too right now. Still strong as I was on cycle. BTW I bought a IPOD shuffle. The thing is fukin amazing. Thanks for reminding me
