high intensity vs. low intensity im so confused
every where i turn i get different opinions. one expert says high intensity interval cardi for 10-15 mins is the best way to lose fat and retain muscle while others swear by am low intensity cardio for an hour or so is better. what are your opinions.

Low Intensity is the best way to shed fat. High Intensity workouts are better for conditioning purposes. If you are weight training you are already partaking in High Intensity activities.

figure out your target heart rate and stay in that area and shoot for 45 minutes in the am to shed fatolio.
then pump iron after a few carb meals later in the day or evening.
simple.
