ya guys have a question how many sets and reps should a beginner start with

a beginner should start with 8-10 good reps at about 6-12 sets depending on body part. make sure ur diet is on point to, beginners tend to overlook this even though it is very important. the exact workouts is up to u. way to long for me to start.

3 lifts per bodypart and 8-10 reps is a good start.
