agreed...there is no real reason as to why you would want to change your training! cutting is all about diet and cardio..

Yes definatley! its fine to mix up reps, I do it every 2-3 weeks, its just not 100% necessary to change your anaerobic training for cutting, but it is ok to do so..

i was wondering this too. i usually switch my weight and rep ranges around every couple weeks or so. but i have heard so many people say you cannot build muscle while trying to lose fat (if you want to maxamize the fat loss that is) so what's the point of lifting heavy? Right now im in a 12-15 rep range and i usually superset or do a full body circuit. will i be able to maintain at this lower intensity training?
*not trying to hijack...im assuming this will help answer QuieT's question too

Always swithc up rep ranges it's best to incorporate both rep ranges 6-8 and 8-12, the lower rep range focuses on Myofibular Hypertrophy which increses muscle fiber density and thickness. Sarcoplasmic Hypertrophy occurs at a higher rep range and is basically increases nutrient capacity within the muscle cell. For BB's it is imprtant to obtain both for a few reasons: Sarcoplasmic Hypertrophy is not permenant. Also it would make a ton of sense to increase the actualy muscle fiber density and thicknes and then further enhance hypertrophy by increasing nutrient capacity.

    Thus Periodization Utilization is key.

I prefer pyramid sets. And on last set of pyramid I try burnout. But when im feelin frisky i do 1,000,000,000 reps.

(I just thought of a great signature thing)
