180lbs 10 reps
270lbs 8 reps
360lbs 6 reps
450lbs 4 reps
520lbs 3 reps
and tear back down

I take time off legs and then hit em for awhile.
it takes about seven or eight workouts and I cant fit anymore plates on the sled...
dam legs.
I do 990..11 plates which is the most my machine will hold for 15 reps. Damn machine. The other day I had my friends sit on it..both 200 and could barely get 5
I press 12,000,000,000 lbs for 12 reps. After a warm up of course.
Sorry, I just hate these "how much can you lift" threads...
