power thrash II
just wondering if any of you read the article about the power thrash II workout plan. it was in the may issue of M&F. seems pretty hardcore , states you gain serious beef in 12 weeks. looks like a decent workout plan if you wanna throw on some lean beef pretty quick. let me know what yall think.

That program sucks. I did Power Thrash 1 and 2 just because i hit a plateu and i thought i needed to train harder(dont ask me why i tried Power Thrash 2 after the first one didnt work lol) The programs will make you overtrain so bad its unbelievable! I never felt so bad in my life while doing them and at the end i didnt gain a pound on my bench or squat! Now when i look back at it, i dont know why the hell i even thought about it. Some workouts have like 50 sets in them and the first one had 60 sets in some routines with mostly compound movements.

yeah... i was thinking it was a bit too much. i havent tried it but it looks pretty harsh. they have a chart listed and the reps seem impossible
