i dont think so, you dont want your insulin to spike at that time, so you can keep your metabolism at a faster pace and keep the fatburning going as long as poss

LOL, That was just a saying, at the end of the day. Really it doesn't matter what you eat after cardio, a pro/fat meal will cause a rise in insulin as well, so it makes no real difference.

Nope, just about anything you eat will cause a release of insulin . Pure fat would be the only thing that wouldn't.

This is what i prefer as well. 5g of Glutamine in a glass of water and i am good to go. I have never heard or read anything that stated lipolysis stops 5 minutes after cardio? Would be interested in reading it though, i prefer a pro/fat meal 45m-1hr after cardio as i find this has worked the best for me.

When i bulk this winter i will most likely have a pro/carb.

Well if Lypolysis does continue it doesn't matter, your metabolsim is raised only so slightly from low intensity cardio, the EPOC is aprox. 5 min. So after cardio I'd say that you oxidize fat for about 5 min after cardio. Even if lypolysis continues, you will not oxidizing the fats, the will just be re-estrefied back into triglycerides.
