Guys need some help about my workout ...basically my biceps and triceps
my schedule is like this
mon- shoulders
tues- back
wed-biceps
thurs-triceps
fri-chest
sat-cardio and some more bi's exercise
i duuno where im goin wrong as my chest and shoulder ok...and they make my arms look small....my arms r rite now 15 and half inch but i have like no biceps....and wat exercise for arms really pump them up..
help me out here guyss...
